The PTSA is looking forward to celebrating Public Education Week this week with teachers and students. It was made possible in large part by your generous donations. We want you to know that you fulfilled the entire Amazon Wish List and we thank you so much! Our teachers and staff will also receive a dessert reception and special treats throughout the week. Some of our business partners, Chik-Fil-A town center, Culver's Gate Parkway, and Mochi E town are rewarding your students with special deals next week. Please see your students’ OneView on Monday for full details. We highly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity this week and thank our community business partners for their support of our school. We will also post these on our Instagram and Facebook page as well as pictures of the events this week. We thank you again for your support!

Stingrays! The Course Selection process for the 2025–2026 school year begins this week. School counselors will meet with students individually to select courses for the upcoming year. Before their meeting with the counselor, students will attend grade-level scheduling assemblies. At the assembly, students will receive an updated School Resource Handout, a draft copy of the Course Request Card, the Atlantic Coast Course Progression, and the Course Description Guide to help them prepare for their one-on-one meeting with their school counselor. The draft Course Request Card must be completed prior to the scheduled meeting, which will be arranged through the students’ English classes. Parents, please review and discuss your student’s course options and selections. During the individual meeting, counselors will use the draft Course Request Card to finalize the official Course Request Card, and students will have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have.

Tentative Schedule for Scheduling Assemblies:

  • Juniors: February 3rd

  • Sophomores: February 18th

  • Freshmen: March 3rd

Tentative Schedule for School Counselor Course Selection Meetings:

  • Juniors: February 10th – 25th
