Theater 'Black Box'
In addition, to offering entry-level and advanced courses in theater training, the Theater Department and Drama Club put on several productions each year. Their participation in the annual Northeast Florida Thespian Festival has been award-winning for decades. The legendary "Night of One Acts" is a Stanton tradition and is completely written, directed, and produced by Students. Mrs. Aaron DeCicco and Mr. Jeff Grove and are currently at the helm of this program. Mrs. DeCicco says, "The IB Theater program offers analytic studies of World Theater Traditions and the opportunity to explore these traditions in in-class workshops and exercises. Students will receive exposure to a myriad of theatrical performances and will work on in-class productions, providing the experience that will prepare them to successfully complete the IB Assessments."

Music Programs
The Music Program includes opportunities for students to learn voice and instrumentation via chorus and band classes. The band classes are designed to prepare student for both marching and concert band performances. Once enrolled in band, students also have many opportunities, such as All-State, District Honor Band, Solo and Ensemble, and TRi-M Music Honor Society. Mr. Galen Peters is the director of the music program.

Visual Arts
When you get the opportunity, step into the "600 building" on our campus. You will be transported into the world of visual arts on our campus. Mrs. Carrie Santa Lucia and Mr. Tony Woods both have expansive studio space catering to the development of visual and digital arts respectively. Prior to entering these spaces you will be inundated with visual samples of their students work.

Devil's Advocate
The Journalism Program at Stanton College Preparatory School will provide students with training in the field of journalism. It will also give them the opportunity and experience of writing, designing, and publishing a student run newspaper. The program will help mentor students and give them the foundation needed to pursue a post-secondary career in the field of journalism.
