Volunteer!

Quality education involves everyone in the community. Your active participation in academic and extracurricular programs is invaluable to us. There are many ways to get involved in education here at LaVilla.Quality education and student safety are of the utmost concern. The first step to volunteering is to complete the DCPS Volunteer Application. Please click the button below to complete the application. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and must pass a background check (allow two weeks for processing). Our volunteer coordinator, Sara Gittens (Email Sara Gittens) can help you find the assignment that suits your interests and talents and show you how to sign in and out whenever you visit our campus. Please note that volunteers will not be permitted on campus until they have completed the volunteer application process and been cleared by DCPS.
