Eligibility 

• Elementary K-5 General Education Classroom Teacher

• DCPS Teacher of Record (non-charter) in an inclusive classroom 

• Willing to participate for 1 year and a 12-month follow-up 

• Available and willing to attend a 3-day training in Summer of 2025 or 2026
