

G.P.A. Students must maintain a 2.0 cumulative grade point average or above to graduate with a standard high school diploma. Grades are very important in high school and students start their high school GPA as soon as they take their first high school course.
State Assessments Students must pass the following statewide assessments to graduate with a standard high school diploma:
Grade 10 FSA ELA (or ACT/SAT concordant score)
Algebra I end-of-course (EOC)
Online Requirement Students must successfully complete one online course to graduate with a standard 24 credit high school diploma.
Do not sign up for 'credit recovery' courses; Duval County cannot award credit for credit recovery courses on FLVS. School counselor privileges are limited when it comes to FLVS; please note counselors only approve/deny courses and print grades for FLVS. For all troubleshooting issues please call 1-800-374-1430.
Credits Students must earn 24 or 18 specific credits, depending on their diploma option. The credits are outlined in the document to the right.
