Dr. Mills is a family practice physician who has completed a sports medicine fellowship through Mayo Clinic here in Jacksonville.
Dr. Mills medical practice is affliliated with St. Vincent's Primary Care and is located adjacent to St. Vincent's Southside Hospital. He has supported Englewood High School as the Team Physician for over 10 years.

Sports Medicine Fellowship Trained
Dr. Mills provides volunteer service to Englewood High School student-athletes. In his role as Team Physician, he provides leadership and direction to Head Athletic Trainer Mrs. Mace, Ms. Bateh and our entire coaching staff. Dr. Mills works along with individual family care providers and emergency physicians to ensure safe sports participation for our students. While student-athletes are NEVER required to be treated by Dr. Mills in his medical practice, he serves as the final medical authority for Englewood Athletics and may, from time to time, collaborate with personal physicians to ensure safe sports participation for all students. To assist Dr. Mills in his role, please be sure to submit all requested paperwork following your physician visit for pre-participation physicals and any visits related to injury.
Dr. Mills can be reached through Head Athletic Trainer, Ms. Mace and he is generally in attendance at all home Varsity Football contests.
