Treasury Services Department, within Business Services, is responsible for the daily management and accounting of the District’s Cash and Investments.
Major Department functions are:
Cash Management
Processes, reconciles, and reports the District’s cash activity on a daily basis. This includes booking of Cash Receipts, State EFTs, Calculating and Funding Daily Cash position, Bank Reconciliations, processing Property Tax Receipts and resolving Positive Pay exceptions.
Investments
Processes, reconciles, and reports the District’s Investment activity. This includes researching Investment options allowable under the District Investment Policy, allocating monthly Investment Income, and preparing monthly and annual reports of Cash and Investments.
