Open to all middle school students enrolled in a Duval County Public School.
One entry per student or student group.
The top two projects will each be awarded $1000.00.
Create an original project that demonstrates kindness and compassion. Be creative. Submissions may include a written paper, video, song, service project, etc.
Video submissions must not exceed four (4) minutes in length, written papers must be ten (10) pages or less. All service or art related projects must be submitted with pictures or video and a detailed description.
Each student project will be judged on the quality of the presentation, its overall impact on others, and the ease of understanding or interpretation.
The project must not contain anything inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or harmful against any individual, group, or religion.
The project cannot be anything unlawful.
Submissions are due by 11:59 pm on April 25, 2025
Project must be submitted to stopthebullying@duvalschools.org and must be submitted with a Duval County consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
There will be two (2) $1000 awards and 13 $100 awards.
Awards will be presented prior to the end of the school year.
All entries become property of Duval County.
