Our career and technical education classes aren’t your grandfather’s vocational classes from way back when. While the program does prepare the students for the workforce, it also aligns them with areas of study typically related to associate's and bachelor’s degrees. This means that students receive education about related careers in settings that anticipate and address their needs. All this while maintaining a rigorous academic course load.
We have granted over 790 certifications to students, a 260% increase since 2012. That means students leave our schools with the experience necessary to land a fulfilling job in the workforce. In addition, we have established 14 business partnerships that include student mentoring, job shadowing, and post-secondary employment opportunities. Our job is to help students succeed in their jobs. We’re proud so many former students come back to us to say, “job well done.”
